Writing and Reading Assistance Center

The Writing Reading Assistance Center (WRAC) is a tutoring center for students enrolled in English, Reading or Study Skills courses numbered 950, 750, or 550.  The tutors at the WRAC lab offer free tutoring for groups or a single person.  We also offer handouts and workshops on a variety of topics.

If you are taking a class numbered 101 or higher, you can get help from the Tutorial/Learning Center on the first floor, in the east atrium of the Jeannette Stromberg building.

Get the Most Out of your visit. 

  • Bring your textbooks, assignments, disks, and other materials.
  • Come in with enough time to make any changes you wish to make after talking with a tutor.  
  • Ask a lot of questions. It helps the tutor know how to serve you best.
