We offer professional development opportunities for all Central New Mexico Community College employees--staff, faculty, and administrators.  Whether you want to sharpen the skills you already have, learn new ones, prepare for advancement, or meet on-the-job requirements, Organizational Learning is here to help you meet your professional development needs and goals.

The following resources are currently offered through Organizational Learning:

	Faculty Weekly Schedule Workshops Beginning this summer, all FT and PT faculty will use a new standard Excel weekly schedule.  Go to the Org Learning Registration page to register for a 1 hour workshop, or, if you prefer, view the online tutorial. .

	Technology Education Center Formerly called the Teaching & Learning Center, the Technology Education Center is a computer classroom and resource center located in S-21, South Building, Main Campus.
	Academic Testing Center The Academic Distance Learning and Make-up Testing Center (ADLMTC) provides a welcoming, secure and quiet testing proctored environment for students completing Distance Learning course on-campus exams and make-up tests as arranged by instructors.
