 Online Learning offered through Organizational Learning

The Organizational Learning Division now makes available to all CNM employees the opportunity to develop professionally, learn a variety of skills, and meet certain employment requirements online and for free.  This online training is offered through OnlineExpert.com and designed to be "delivered over the Internet where students can learn in a visual, compelling environment."

 

Fifteen online workshops are currently available in such areas as Leadership, Successful Management, Communication, End-user Applications, MS Office 2003, Productivity, Project Management, and Team Development.

 At-your-desk learning:  "Create great-looking signatures for your email" 

"Give your e-mail messages professional polish or personal style by learning how to create and manage e-mail signatures using Microsoft Outlook."  This Microsoft online tutorial takes 30-35 minutes to complete and explains how you can create simple or fancy signatures that can be appended to your email messages automatically. After completing this course you will be able to:

  • Create your own signatures
  • Assign a signature to a message
  • Switch to a different signature while writing a message
  • Use different signatures for different e-mail account

 Active learning in the classroom:  "Active Learning Techniques"
