4 "Time Management Delivers Stress-free Holiday Bliss

"If I could provide one time management tip that would be most universally beneficial, it would be to set and keep in mind your primary goals for your holidays. For some, it is to have a holiday with as many friend and family members as possible. For some, it may be about cooking a special meal as a gift of your time for others. Whatever it is, focus on the goal and then take action towards it." That's motivational speaker David Saunders' tip for holiday bliss.  Read more here:

4Productivity Primer:  "Managing Internal Distractions"
"While coaching people, I often hear about the distractions that prevent them from getting done what they say they want to get done. I hear them complain about all the things that pull them off of their focus. But what is mentioned in the GTD ["Getting Things Done"] training is who distracts us the most? WE DO! How does that happen?"

Coach Meg Edwards on the "Getting Things Done" website offers ideas for managing our internal distractions and staying on task in order to complete our goals and to-do lists each day.
