Student-Complaint Process Training
Description:
This 1-hour
Train-the-Trainer session is open to employees who need to
understand and implement the new Student Complaint Process at
CNM. We anticipate session participants will return to their
home departments and initiate training sessions for other
employees within their departments as appropriate. Any employee
who works directly with students should understand this new
system. Participants will receive electronic files of the
training materials.

first three in-class sessions. There are only twelve (12) seats

Part-time instructors will be paid for attending the in-the-classroom
