This 8-hour training will provide you with the strategies and tools needed to facilitate any quality improvement team.

At the completion of the course you will be able to demonstrate skill in the use of six “quality tools” within the Plan-Do-Study-Act cycle, define “systems thinking”, explain how the Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP) fits within the colleges accreditation process and distinguish between the roles of sponsor, team member and facilitator.  This training is open to all CNM employees.
