 Effective Supervision and Leadership skills
Workshop description:

Supervisors attending this seminar will briefly review the standards of supervision, supervisory knowledge and skills such as active listening, verbal and non-verbal modes of communication with an emphasis on cultural differences, coaching, modeling, management conflict, time management and handling stress and burnout.  Participants will have an opportunity to discuss pertinent supervisory issues and brainstorm ways of dealing with them.
