Outlook 2007: Introduction
Workshop description:

This course reviews the three different Outlook environments used by CNM faculty and staff, including Microsoft Exchange Server, Web Access, and stand-alone.  The course covers Outlook’s E-mail and Calendar features, including using creating, receiving, replying to, and forwarding e-mail; using e-mail options and voting features, adding attachments; organizing and flagging e-mail; creating rules and using the Out-of-Office Assistant to filter and process e-mail; creating signatures and using stationery; adding one-time and recurring appointments and events to a calendar; scheduling one-time and recurring meetings; adding holidays, and using and printing different calendar views.

     
Prerequisites:    
  • Basic computer skills that include saving files and the use of a mouse
