 Conflict Resolution Skills for Managers
Workshop description:

With a basic premise that conflict does not go away by itself, participants will learn the definition of conflict, recognize and discuss their own ways of dealing with conflict, and learn effective techniques of conflict resolution.  Participants will have an opportunity to discuss conflict situations and ways of dealing with them effectively.
