Department
1.1 Submit documentation (Unemployment Insurance Separation Notice)
to the
Human Resources Department.
1.2 Forward any
documentation received from the New Mexico Department of Labor immediately to
the Human Resources Department.
1.2.1 The New Mexico
Department of Labor allows an employer only five (5) days to respond to
an unemployment compensation claim filed by the separated employee.
Human Resources Department
1.3 Notify the CNM third party administrator that an
unemployment claim has been filed.
1.4 Forward an Unemployment Insurance Separation Notice and other support documentation as
needed to the third party
administrator.
